John was born and raised in Washington; he founded Seattle Search Group after spending 11 years heading the Northwest Office of Accounting and Office Partners. He has worked with numerous companies over the years and has had tremendous success placing people at all levels. He attributes his success to his sincerity and passion for his work.
Unique to this industry, John knew while in college he wanted to be a recruiter. It was no accident he was placing controllers and tax managers a month after graduating.
John obtained his undergraduate degree from Western Washington University and currently resides with his wife and two daughters in Sammamish. When John is not working, you can find him coaching little league, playing soccer or training for a marathon.

Lincoln Stalnaker joined Seattle Search Group in 2010 with experience partnering with premier employers across the Seattle/Puget Sound Region. His expertise in identifying and building trusted relationships with outstanding client companies ensures that Seattle Search Group will continue to offer Consultants and Job Candidates the very best opportunities to be considered for. His prior experience partnering on positions in Business and IT/Engineering gave him the experience needed to make significant impact with Seattle Search group almost immediately. Lincoln is from Flagstaff, Arizona and attended Western Washington University on a Football Scholarship. After graduating he moved to Seattle where he met his wife, Michelle. They live in West Seattle with their daughter, Brooklynn and English bulldog, Lilly.

Brooke Bradbury

Brooke Bradbury grew up in Montesano, WA and attended Washington State University earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.   After graduating, she moved to Seattle and worked in the real estate industry working as both a Loan Officer and a Real Estate professional.  Brooke joined SSG in 2011 and is one of the rare recruiters who can successfully work both of our verticals placing people in both our accounting and technology division. 

Jennifer Halabi

Senior Recruiter, Jennifer Halabi is a new member to Seattle Search Group joining the team in late 2011.  Previously, Jennifer spearheaded efforts on behalf of some of Seattle's leading placement firms for senior level executives in the areas of Program Management, Online Marketing, Architecture, Network & Systems Management, Software Development and Information Security.  Her extensive contacts within multiple industries and her dynamic passion for the role have made her a well-regarded partner to those companies she serves.  When not working, Jennifer gives her time to her family and several local and national women's organizations where her skills and passions can further be used.  She is a graduate of the University of California, Riverside, proud walker in the Susan G. Komen Three Days for a Cure, and mother of 2 teenage daughters.

Rich Lindsay

Rich made a career change to the IT world in July of 2005 by opening his own computer consulting business specializing in computer networking and Help Desk Support. Although it has been he a successful venture he was hungry for more. Having a solid Tech back ground and natural ability to work with others he expanded into the Tech Recruiting and joined Seattle Search Group. Rich is an avid weight lifter and former athlete, he also is an owner of a gym that caters to helping young athlete’s move ahead with their athletics related dreams and make the right decisions about their futures.

Senior Recruiter / Account Manager, Finance and Accounting Division

Deborah is the newest member to Seattle Search Group joining the team in August 2011.  Previously in 2006-07, Deborah worked alongside Seattle Search Group owner, John Herd at Accounting Partner heading up the Finance and Accounting Contract and Contract-to-Hire Division.  She brings a breadth of knowledge to the table in the Human Resource industry having 15+ years of overall experience; 12+ years in Full-Cycle Recruiting Practices, HR Administration, Employee Relations and Compliance and 3 years in Employee Benefits Administration.   Deborah has recruited in corporate business structures as well as staffing service environments, both nation-wide and private local-owned.  She has successfully recruited in 3 western states:  CA, ID and WA as well as conducted nationwide virtual recruitment searches.  Deborah holds a BA degree in Communications from Saint Mary’s College of CA and has completed the University of Washington HR Certificate/Credentialing Program, SPHR designation coursework and has earned her CAC (California Accredited Consultant) designation from the CA Association of Accredited Personnel Consultants.
